FAQs
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Please always check ticket availability before travelling to the event as tickets often sell out. If they are available on the door, it may just take a couple minutes longer to get in to the festival. Tickets can still be bought online during the festival weekend and we highly encourage this.
Are there Accessible Toilets on site?
Yes. These are situated at the main toilet block.
Can I bring my own camping chairs?
Yes, folding chairs, tables etc are most welcome, all we ask is that you clean up any rubbish and take any belongings home with you.
Do you have camping?
Unfortunately attendee camping is not permitted on site.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and drink is not permitted on site, with the exceptions of baby food.
Can we leave the festival and come back in?
Yes – please make sure you obtain a stamp/wristband from the entrance, otherwise we will be able to refuse re-entry.
Do you have carer tickets?
Carers go free with a purchased child or adult ticket!

Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable within 2 weeks of an event. If it is 2+ weeks prior to an event, we can provide a voucher refund that you can use toward any of our future dates or events. The voucher is valid for 24 months, giving you plenty of flexibility. Email us at yum@foodfestivaltickets.com for more information.
Can I change the day of my tickets?
